Why is my anus in pain after bottoming?
I am a 25 year old gay male and, although I’m mostly a top, I recently bottomed for a guy about a week ago.
Everything seemed to be fine during and a bit after, but ever since then I have had a recurring pain in the anal area. It’s not a sharp pain or anything, but instead it feels as if I have a VERY sore muscle down there.
It’s the oddest feeling in the world to me as sometimes when I have gas, it feels like I have to take a full on bowel movement. And then when I actually do have a bowel movement my anal area is very sore to the point where it feels like that whole area is just going to give and fall out. To sum it up properly the pain feels like I’m being entered again (in the sexual intercourse way).
I do have a very minor hemorrhoid, but that’s not the problem. Also, as far as I know all STD’s are ruled out as proper precaution was taken. I don’t have health insurance right now, so any remedy that doesn’t involve a doctors bill would be appreciated. What is going on?
Probably you had a minor break in the anus skin (inside) during intercourse, which got infected (with your feces). It will not go away unless you take antibiotics. If you do not take any action, it will go further and you will need major operation to drain an abscess.
Also you may try to do enemas with some antiseptic disolved in water. You can ask any pharmacist to suggest it, you may say for your throat to gurgle… but not peroxide.
