How to get rid of Hemorrhoids?

I’ve became constipated a week ago, and was able to get rid of that problem in three days do to laxatives.
However I have hemorrhoids, they seem to be toning down, but they sting/burn every time I use the restroom. I start my new job as a teachers aide at a daycare for toddlers, and so I seriously need these things gone by then, since I’ll me running around for 9 hours straight. I’ve been using baby wipes, tucks pads, PH cream, and soaking in a hot bath . Help!
I’m nineteen and I’ve never had this problem nor have I ever had constipation.

Try the Prep H suppositories. They aren’t the most pleasant thing to insert, but not as bad as you think. Try sitz baths 2-3 times per day. Avoid aggressive wiping. You want to avoid any straining, so it’s important to increase your H2O and fiber. If you feel constipated again, Miralax is a safe laxative that is not habit forming and is OTC. If none of this works then ask your doctor for a Rx for Anamantle or something similiar.
