stop hemorrhoids from bleeding
Is it okay not to go to the doctor if you’re bleeding from stools?

I have a problem, when I don’t eat fiber and my stools are hard I bleed, when I eat a lot of apples and fiber my stools are softer and there is No blood at all. Should I just make fiber a daily thing or should I consult a doctor? I am really self conscious and I wouldn’t want to have a doctor do an anal examination. I might have hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, I think it is most likely an anal fissure. So can I get an opinion please, is it really necessary to see a doctor if the only way to stop bleeding is by eating fiber or will fiber cure me with time?

The bleeding does sound like it is from fissures when your rectum is expanding to let your stools pass.
Fiber should be a daily part of everyone’s diet, bleeding or not. However it sounds like your constipation is rather severe, you should see your doctor.
