Soak Hemorrhoids
Fainted in the bathroom after soaking myself in hot water?
OK, I just fell unconscious in the bathtub a few minutes ago after soaking myself in hot water. Before It happened I felt dizzy while I was lying down but when I went up it became worse and I couldnt see properly and my vision went very blury (happens rarely to me when I overwork myself) then the next thing I know was my mom asking me if I fell, I was still concious enough to respond but I thought I was just lying in the bathtub to rest.
Now the thing is I was a bit tired today as I did not get enough sleep and I have not been eating properly for a month now. I am not sure if this is because of overfatigue. Btw the reason I soaked myself in hot water is because I’ve got external hemorrhoid.
Right now I really dont know what caused that because its the first time I have ever lost concious(for a few seconds). Can you guys help me out on this one? Im still feeling a bit dizzy but thats it. I fear this might be something more serious which I hope not 
Maybe you have low blood sugar. Did you feel sick at first? Did you get really thirsty? Then get so weak you lost consciousness?
If so, I’ve had a few of these episodes and it’s from hypoglycemia. I get it if I don’t eat a few hours before I go to bed, skip breakfast, then go do something. Remember.. if you want to boost your blood sugar, don’t eat a bunch of “sugary” sweets… it’s protein and carbs that put that blood glucose up where it should be 
You could have also been dehydrated, or had low sodium.
