Period Hemorrhoids
Do I have hemorrhoids?
Lately whenever I poop, bright red blood comes out as well. But there’s no pain at all.
I want to know whether this is constipation or hemorrhoids. I feel that I do have a constipation these days, but then again, I’ve never bled like this when I had a worse constipation. Maybe I’m lacking fruits and veggies? I haven’t been eating nutritious foods for awhile now..
I’m kind of freaking out now. What do you think it is? hemorrhoids or just constipation? Do you think it’ll get better by me eating lots of fiber fruits/veggies ?
