Ibuprofen Hemorrhoids
Please answer questions about my Episiotomy/Hemorrhoid?
I had a tear inside and an small episitomy + pinky finger tip size hemmorhoid (sorry…to much tmi)
1. How long do you use the squirt bottle/witch hazel?
2. Is it ok to wipe when it feels better?
3. How long does it take to heal and when will it stop hurting?
4. Is it going to take longer to get sex life back w/ a tear inside?
5. Is there anything that can rip/pop the stiches?
I am using the numbing spray, stool softener and ibuprofen.

Yes, it’s OK to wipe GENTLY after you feel better down there- it’s more like a “pat dry” rather than a wipe.
everyone heals differently. it really shouldn’t “hurt” more than a few days- but you might be sore for a little longer than a week.
it took us longer to get back to actual sex. it was a trial and error. we’d try then we’d have to stop- a few times- and it still hurt a little the first couple times. But once again, everyone is different.
Nothing should really rip or pop the stitches because you should be on pelvic rest for 6 weeks. i would reccomend 6 weeks if you have stitches. Just don’t push hard if you have a bowel movement. I didnt’ have a problem and i stopped taking the stool softeners right after I got home from the hospital.
