at what point should you go to the doctor over external hemorrhoids?
i’m 27 years old, and I feel that I am too young to have hemorrhoids. I’ve tried changing diet, eating fiber, drinking lots of water and still get them. Don’t older people usually get them? Once you get them, are you always going to be prone to more outbreaks?
You would be surprised how many teens get them. I got them in my early teens. It can be caused by lack of exercise and poor diet as well as other things. Im 40 now, still have problems on and off, my doc told me to take 30 grams of fiber every day. He said everyone should take that much and that is a lot of fiber. Go to your doctor, there is much they can do about them.
