How are hemorrhoids diagnosed?

Because the symptoms of hemorrhoids especially rectal bleeding may also be caused by several other diseases like cancer claim, it is important to have correctly diagnosed your hemorrhoids.

The first doctor to examine your digital anus to check for any swelling, the doctor will use an instrument called the protoscope that is passed into the anal canal to visualize the inside of the anal canal properly.

Can you believe it took me 2 years to go to the doctor for diagnosis, I am ashamed to admit it, but I kept hoping the pain, itching and swelling would be fair one day simply disappear. Talk about being in denial! Well I got scared and ended up going to the doctor for an evaluation and through a correct diagnosis. The physician performed a rectal examination to look for swollen blood vessels that indicate that I had hemorrhoids. The doctor also adopted a protoscope in my anus to see the best hemorrhoid swelling.

This is not my review the most comfortable, but it is important to have an examination by a physician whenever there is bleeding from the rectum or there is blood in your stool. I did not wait so long to go to the doctor. I'm lucky it was just hemorrhoids.
