Hemorrhoids Sitting Too Long
PLEASE help my hemorrhoid is so painful

As I am typing this I am at work, in extreme discomfort and pain. I’m a 20 year old male.
I have had a hemmorroid for about 3 weeks, I had one before but it wasn’t as serious and went away. But now I have a very bad one. My doctor prescribed suppositories, but the first night I tried putting them up there, the pain was too much and I wasted 2 of them. I haven’t tried the suppositories again yet but keep applying Preperation H, which isn’t really helping. I am scared to go to the bathroom because I know of the extreme pain that will follow. This is also unfortunate because I have a desk job and sit down for 8 hours a day, and I know sitting for long periods is bad.
Please help give me any tips to get rid of this pain. Should I man up about the suppositories? I am just unable to make myself put them up there. Please help!
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR! I got sick last week and coughed up a lung. in the process I ended up with 2 small externals and 1 large external. It hurt like hell too. I’ve had them before a couple of times and a thromboses set once that took over a month to heal and hurt nonstop.
I was reading up about the “best pastes” or whatever and found one that laimed it could work in a day. Which, is nonsense. So I went and read reviews on it and sure enough, it’s nonsense. But, I seen a post and a woman talking about apple cider vinegar. I had some in the cabinet and couldn’t help but to give it a try. It works! It took 2 days to completely be gone, all three of them. The first few hours, the pain went away. It’s called the “24 hour cure” and though it wasn’t exactly 24 hours, it was pretty damn close. I’ve had similar hemorrhoids that lasted weeks if not a month.
I would suggest high fiber for a few days and putting a cotton ball, or folded tp in apple cider vinegar and apply it 4-6 times a day. Not to be too graphic, but I was er.. cleaning myself with it after a movement. It works like nothing else.
