Hemorrhoids Painful Bowel Movement
Home remedy for a way to make bowel movements less painful?
Other then stool softener pills is there any other home remedy I could use? I have hemorrhoids that are acting up and a solid bowel movement is very painful. It seems loose/liquid bowel movements keep it from being very painful.
you want to get rid of your hemorrhoids by eating a diet high in soluble fiber (for example–apples/oats) and insoluble fiber (whole grains, legumes and so forth). when I improved my diet to a natural diet decades ago, my hemorrhoids went away never to return.

Be sure to follow directions exactly and not start intestinal cleanse #2 until you reach the number of bms that equals how many meals you are eating a day (ie-3 meals means 3 bowel movements) and the bms are not hard and sinking but light and fluffier.
Once you reach that, then cut by one pill and that is your dose for the intestinal cleanse #1 taken at dinner and then start your intestinal cleanse #2 with it –5 times a day and you will get wonderful results. Some people lose weight and feel great.
