Hemorrhoids Pain Sitting
Is this normal?…21 year old with Hemorrhoids!?!?
Is it normal for a 21 year old to have hemorrhoids? I have had a hemorrhoid before with no pain, it went away within a couple days using preparation H. This time, it has been 6 days. Preparation H hasn’t helped, it is causing great pain, hurts to walk, sit, even move. also, its starting to bleed!!! Is this normal? My mom said older people usually get hemorrhoids, around the age of 50!

I don’t usually strain when going to the toilet. I don’t think that could have been what has caused this, I don’t recall straining in the recent past……
Aso, I’ve read on the internet and on the preparation H tube, that if the condition worsens or does not improve quit using the medication and see the dr.
and obviously I am going to the dr, today actually. and If I cant get into the dr. I’m going to the hospital. Just wanted to know if anyone else had been in a similiar situation.
To be honest I am 21 and this has happened to me.
Start drinking LOTS of water and eating high fiber foods.
You can try soaking in Espom salt for a while
Keep up with the Preperation H and try to make sure you sit in a nicely padded soft seat.
