Ok, I have problems with constipation and hemorrhoids. I had Hemorrhoids 8 years on and off and now im having problems with them since im constipated and forcing me to go is behind my back injured. What can I take thats safe for me and my baby?
I'm right there with you girlfriend. I ate prunes and other dried fruit and drink a lot of water. I also ate a lot of baby carrots … like half a bag in one sitting. I used a suppository hemmorid when they are bad, and that does help if I have been diligent about this. They are not funny, I know.
