Hemorrhoids Obstruction
Do i have a bowel obstruction??please help!?
ive been diagnosed with IBS(irritable bowel syndrom) for over 2 years (19 years old) and the last month or so ive been constipated every single day i go to the bathroom. i was so fed up that i (may sound gross) pulled the feces out with my finger and as i was loosening the feces. i felt kind of like a fleshy blockage. im not sure if this is normal or not. but it felt almost like it was blocking my entire colon leaving only about 2mm(or so) of room for my stool to pass thru. this blockage was about 1/2 inch into the colon. im not sure this is normal. and am kind of nervous to tell my doctor i put my finger in my butt 
. so can anyone tell me if this is just a normal part of the colon, or if it something i should ask my doctor about. also i saw a blue mark on my anus(i looked it up and i guess its a hemorrhoid. i go to the doctors tomorrow. so what should i tell him?
