Hemorrhoids Not Going Away
Hemorrhoids and constipation problem?
I have been having constipation problems due to poor diet and lack of exercise, but now im fixing everything. And just today I have been able to poop out more than just the “marble” sized but its not normal sized very thin so could I have internal hemorrhoids? Sorry I know gross topic And if this is the cause once I start eating healthier and all that and get the poop going will the hemorrhoids go away and allow me to poop normally?

Well long story short, I had a blast and then he had one too! Holy cow! Let me tell you, as a doctor and an anal enthusiast that nothing gets the bowels opened faster than anal sex. You don’t even have to have sex with a man necessarily, just find some objects around the house that are about the right shape, have a good handle, and are thicker than your current poop size.
Also, be sure to use plenty of lubrication, it allows the objects to go in and the poop to come out much easier.
