Im trying to help my Father In Law.. & no i havent looked at it my mother in law told me….
okay well its next to butt crack and he always get this.. what my mother in law does is she pops it.. and it really hurts him obviusly she puts alcohol.. [[ she does this because he cant sit cux it hurts]] the weird thing is that sometimes he doesnt get it after a year… or sometimes months..
1) what should we do?
2) Is it the Pilonidal Cyst?

Soaking in a hot bathtub daily will bring the infection to the surface and GENTLE pressure around the edges will allow the infection to come out. Squeezing drives the infection deeper into the tissues and causes more problems than it fixes. Driving it deeper means that the infection never completely heals up and often, surgical lancing is necessary to get it open down into the deep areas and needs to be done by a surgeon and also, the use of antibiotics are needed to completely clear this up.
