How to heal internal hemorrhoids?
I have had them a month and finally went to the dr, they looked up my bum and said i have so many she can not count, also, i have a fissure. I took her adivce and drank more water, but isnt helping, I had to push again. I kinda didnt have to go though. I have a follow-up on thursday and my er visit nurse said to ask for fiber suppl. pills. What can i do until then? I am afraid when i poop the hem. will pop out, help D:

Prevention is better than cure. It is embarrassing to have hemorrhoids. Try to eat foods that are rich in dietary fiber and always workout. There are some exercises in youtube that is very helpful to you if you have hemorrhoids. It will help you to avoid having constipation and you will not suffer pain during bowel movement. The best treatment is natural way. Surgery won’t guarantee that your hemorrhoids will not recur. Cheers
