Hemorrhoids Gas
Can anybody help – Stomach problems, constipation, gas, piles..etc?
For the past two years i have been repeatedly been experiencing problems with severe constipation, churning in my stomach and feeling very bloated and passing gas and a constant feeling of pressure/pain around my rectum. These symptoms get worse whenever i go to the toilet for a “number 2″.
I have had 3 colonoscopy and have seen numerous specialists who have told me that i have got small hemorrhoids but not anything that would cause all of these symptoms. Has anybody else experienced these problems, I’m looking for anything that will help.
I have already completely changed my diet to fibre/fruit/veg. I don’t eat very much meat.
sounds like irritable bowel. How often do you move your bowels? Are you drinking enough water? Do you crave sweets, drink alcohol or coffee regularly?
Anyway…I’d suggest some acidophillus…or Olive Leaf to help balance the bacteria in your intestinal system. I use certain herbs specific to the bowel to assist with keeping regular…as needed..but for someone with severe constipation I would not hesitate to get started on something soon. Health food stores carry options…but bottom line…if the waste is not moving out regularly..which it is not…it is stagnating in your bowel. hence the gas and bloating. Increase water intake if you haven’t already
