Hemorrhoids Foods To Eat

How to treat a n external Hemroid?
I’m 15, and I have a medium sized external hemorrhoid. It is a pretty annoying irritating pain. I can hardly take it. I’m miserable and dont tell me to get fucking surgery or anything. Preparation H is a piece of shit and it’s only made it sting worse..
I need something that can help.
I have started taking metamucil and eating foods with more fiber and drinking a lot of water. is there anything else I can do? I’m in tears because of this. fuck this sucks so fucking much.
For really quick temporary relief, try using ice chips. Also you can soak it in a warm bath.
For a longer term treatment try using cranesbill root powder or allum. (You can usually find allum powder in the spice section of grocery stores. It is used for making pickles)
Make a solution of 1 part cranesbill or allum to 5 parts warm water. After it has disolved and cooled, and you are ready to apply it, get a pan or bowl that you can sit in so water will reach the area. Put 3 or 4 table spoons of the solution in the pan and fill with very warm water. Soak the area for about fifteen minutes. Do this 2 or three times a day. You should notice improvement in a few days.
You should also continue with the increased fibre and water.
