What can a doctor prescribe for hemorrhoids that actually works?
I need a prescription from a doctor. Something that actually relieves pain. None of the over counter stuff works. Nothing. I want to see a specialist. What kinds of doctor should I see? I’ve been to two primary care physicians and one gave me something that only helped with itching, the other wouldn’t give me anything saying they weren’t “big enough” and told me not to wipe my butt anymore. It’s not enough that I can’t even sit down, or that it flares up EVERY DAY, or that I can’t sleep at nights because of the flare ups. I need real relief. They are not going away after months and months. What can a doctor give me that really work and will allow it to go away forever?
