I have an external hemorrhoid. Ive had it for two days. According Can I say fell a little but I just noticed a little bleeding. I had two of them before this and I did not treat or of anything and eventually it disappeared. I was wondering if it is to just let it naturally reduce overtime until the size it is gone?
