Hemorrhoids Exercise

Hemorrhoids?
It's kind of embarrassing, but here goes … When I was about 11 years, I had a problem with constipation and I developed an external hemorrhoid. I have never been examined by a doctor because he never bothered me. Well, now I'm 17 and still here. Yesterday he got a little bigger, because I guess I was a little constipated. It is still not bother me, but I was wondering if there is no chance it will go away by itself, or do I remove a doctor? I read that they may disappear on their own with home treatment within a few weeks but I got it for 6 years and never treated, so I do not know not … I asked this question last night and someone told me that I must change the way I eat and exercising more. I do not think it response. I get lots of fiber and I'm at a normal weight. I have not had a problem with constipation for a long time, I only get constipated once in a great while, usually when I am so busy and stressed that I do not drink enough water.
The swelling can come to the down (with treatments at home) until the next flare up, but I do not think they can disappear of themselves. Chances are, if it's something you can not live with, you will probably want to have it removed or die doctor's office. Not only can they catch fire if you're constipated, if you put a lift heavy objects, are at birth, or if you stand for long periods of time.
