Treatment of hemorrhoids during the last trimester of pregnancy?

After I had my first child I started have problems with hemorrhoids and then there was better because I used prescription drugs. They came very rarely, but now I am pregnant again and in my last quarter and I do not know what to do. My doctor told me that preparation H, but that doesn't work right. Suggestions??

Lots of fluids, maybe some plums, a stool softener good … not what you do, but something that makes you move easier, without force on a stool, a good amount of fiber in the diet, continue to use the medicine, try aloe vera to stop any itching, walk a lot after eating (help pregnancy, too), unless a doctor says NO. If you do all these things for a week and no relief you may need a hemorrhoidectomy. Of course, the cure!
