You can try Preparation H cream, suppositories and medicated wipes. If the pain is really bad, you can put warm compresses to the hemorrhoids. If this does not then you can go to a proctologist and he can give you a review and give you some stronger medicine presciption to help the swelling and pain. Also stay away from spicy foods as this adds to the problem.
