I have cystic acne on my face and normal did everything to get rid of it. I suffer from a condition caused by overuse of antibiotics and I'm on a diet strict healthiest meats, vegetables and grains. I do not eat any dairy, yeast, fungus, sugar, meat or heavily processed.
