Hemorrhoids Clotted

Since I had my children, I was struck by attacks of hemorrhoids. I have terrible habits room, eating habits and I really did not take care of my rectum. Its bad, and I am now paying more attention to what is happening there because I know I have a family history of colon cancer, polyps and diverticulitis like. That said … I have a nasty bout of hemorrhoids today. They are certainly a thrombosis (clot). I've had it now about a week, the Clottes there were probably 3 or 4 days. I used a whole packet of supositories PH without relief. I had to have removed a clot times before surgery. Is there a way for blood clots to go away naturally? I made hot, cold swelling … brings swelling, but the formation of a pea-sized clots remain. Should I go to the drs or will they disappear on their own? The only reason I ask is because my boss gave me hell every time I need a day off because of health issues and I hate having to ask him to again …
