Do I have a bowel obstruction? please help?

ive been diagnosed with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) for more 2 years (19 years) and the last month or so ive been constipated every day I go to the bathroom. I was so tired that I (may sound gross) from the stool with my fingers and as I was loosening the feces. I felt like a fleshy blocking. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. but he felt almost as if my colon was blocked leaving only about 2 mm (or almost) room for my stool to pass through. this blockade was approximately 1 / 2 inch in the colon. I'm not sure this is normal. I am a little nervous to tell my doctor, I put my finger in my ass:. (If Can someone tell me if this is just a normal part of the colon, or if anything I should ask my doctor. And I saw a blue mark on my anus (he raised i eyes and I suppose it's a hemorrhoid.also I go to the doctor tomorrow. also my dad just got back his stool tests and 2 tests on the 3 were positive for colon cancer
