Hemorrhoids And Cancer

I'm 29 and I have a medical question woman. I have not had my regular period for about a week and I just noticed this morning that I'm pooping blood. I asked my husband since he was a CMA and he said I could have an ulcer. Is this true and what do I do about it? I am very concerned. Now when I wipe in the front there not a cause of blood I know when I have my period. But when I dry them in the back, his colored blood red. I did not go to the tight bathroom. My mother thinks it might be hemorrhoids or cancer. My husband told me I'd be itching in the back if I have hemorrhoids. I'm not itching everywhere. I have a stomach ache and that's all. My mom also told me that I have a family history on this issue. So I am very nervous he is. If you could give me some ideas and suggestions that I should do about it, it would be greatly appreciated.
if you had an ulcer from you would be dark, tarry blood. You say that you are passing blood red, I guess you have hemorrhoids, This could certainly cause bleeding. Itching is a symptom not necessary, but it is common. Make an appointment with your GI doc if you are afraid of cancer, which I doubt. Get Tucks pads and Preparation H and you should be fine.
