How to relieve pain after rectal surgery
I am advised by my doctor that I have to get surgery for my hemorrhoids and cracks, I'm terrified of pain and recovery time with WB! can any body tell me how to be poor and how to have BM after surgery with less pain.
Whatever you do, do not take codeine for pain (co-codamol etc.) that it makes you constipated and hardens the stool. It could make things really uncomfortable after surgery. I found this the hard way (no pun intended) after gave birth and had a tear at that point and had to be countless stitches. I took co-codamol in quantities of Procop pain. I in agony in this area for months after! Eat lots of sounds, fruits and vegetables, the best advice I can give.
