External Hemorrhoids Treatment At Home

Hemmorhoid?
It's kind of embarrassing, but here goes … When I was about 11 years, I had a problem with constipation and I developed an external hemorrhoid. I have never been examined by a doctor because he never bothered me. Well, I'm 17 now and its still there. Yesterday he got a little bigger, because I guess I was a little constipated. It is still not bother me, but I was wondering if there is no chance it will go away by itself, or do I have it removed by a doctor? I read that they may disappear themselves with home treatment within a few weeks but I got it for 6 years and never treated, so I do not know … I asked this issue last night and someone told me that I must change the way I eat and exercising more. I do not think that is the answer. I get plenty of fiber and I'm at a normal weight. I have not had a problem with constipation for a long time, I only get constipated once in a while large, usually when I am so busy and stressed that I do not drink enough water.
If it was all those years ago, as you say it … then at this point it is going nowhere .. The best thing to do at this point is to go to the doctor, have looked and learn about various options for removing … It is generally a safe, surgical … and the subject itself, I know, is not pleasant and not without embarrassment … Hemorrhoids can be surgically removed and / or removed with a laser … to both procedures are safe and there may be some discomfort afterwards, but that will soon disappear. Good luck with whatever you choose to do so.
