It's kind of embarrassing, but here goes … When I was about 11 years, I had a problem with constipation and I developed an external hemorrhoid. I have never been examined by a doctor because he never bothered me. Well, I'm 17 now and its still there. Yesterday he got a little bigger, because I guess I was a little constipated. It is still not bother me, but I was wondering if there is no chance it will go away by itself, or do I have it removed by a doctor? I read that they may disappear themselves with home treatment within a few weeks but I got it for 6 years and never treated, so I do not know … I asked this issue last night and someone told me that I must change the way I eat and exercising more. I do not think that is the answer. I get plenty of fiber and I'm at a normal weight. I have not had a problem with constipation for a long time, I only get constipated once in a while large, usually when I am so busy and stressed that I do not drink enough water.
