I 20 years and I think I have external hemorrhoids. Theres no pain but I want to hunt, what can I do? Do not laugh at me but I looked at my anus and when the muscles are tight, they go in but when it is expanded hemorrhoids show up. They are dark purple and I saw photos other then I am sure they are external hemorrhoids. They look like a clot, and other things. What can I do? I their departure. They are ugly and I do not want them to become more. Can I do anything other than surgery to get rid of them?
