Anal fissure, haemorrhoids, or both?
I know I've had minor hemorrhoids in the past, but over the last two days, I developed something that is really bad. I have extreme pain in the rectum with coupled beats / spasms. This I read it seems like an anal fissure (perhaps both). I have not had a bowel movement for about 6 hours and my butt hurts a lot! It was almost unbearable when I had earlier today stools (diarrhea mucus). What can I do to relieve this pain? It is horrible. T The sitz bath really help? And all you wiseguys out there, I've never had anything up my butt to save him!
